Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
• One account per person. Don't share, sell, or transfer your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms (see Termination).

3. Access to courses and content

Some content is free, some is included with a paid plan, and some is sold individually. When you purchase a course, plan, or other content, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access it for the period stated at checkout.

Unless we state otherwise at checkout, plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Payments, billing, and refunds

• Prices are listed in US dollars unless noted otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
• We use Stripe for payment processing. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge you for purchases and recurring fees.
• If a charge fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until payment succeeds.
• Refunds: we offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund on the first purchase of any course or paid plan, provided you have completed less than 25% of the content. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods on subscriptions or for individual lessons within a course.

5. Your license to use the content

While you have an active subscription or have purchased a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Stream and download lessons for your own learning.
• Use prompts, templates, and frameworks in your own business or personal projects.
• Quote brief excerpts (under 200 words) with attribution and a link back.

You may not:

• Resell, republish, or redistribute our content, in whole or in part.
• Use our content to train machine-learning models without our prior written permission.
• Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• Use our content as the basis for a competing course, library, or directory.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service, including all text, lessons, prompts, code, designs, logos, and software, is owned by NeuralMindMastery or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. "NeuralMindMastery," the NMM logo, and related marks are our trademarks. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

7. Content you submit

If you submit prompts, comments, reviews, or other materials to the Service ("User Content"), you keep ownership of it. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that User Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You represent that your User Content:

• Doesn't infringe anyone else's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Isn't unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• Doesn't contain malware or attempts to disrupt the Service.

We may remove or refuse User Content that violates these Terms.

8. Acceptable use

Don't:

• Scrape, mirror, or systematically download the Service or its content.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.
• Bypass any access controls or share accounts.
• Use the Service to send spam, phish, or distribute malware.
• Interfere with the Service's operation, integrity, or security.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

9. AI tools and outputs

Some features of the Service generate or reference output from third-party AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). AI output can be inaccurate, biased, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using AI output appropriately. Don't rely on AI output as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Test prompts and workflows on your own data before deploying them.

10. Affiliate disclosure

Some links on the Site to AI tools, books, and services are affiliate links. If you click such a link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend tools we have personally tested and believe deliver value. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial reviews. We comply with the FTC's "Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising."

11. Third-party services and links

The Service may link to third-party sites, services, or tools. We do not control them, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that service's terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from your settings or by emailing [email protected].

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you (a) violate these Terms, (b) create risk or legal exposure for us, (c) fail to pay, or (d) are inactive for an extended period. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, but sections intended to survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, disputes) will remain in effect.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Course content and AI outputs are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice. Results from applying our content depend on your individual effort, market conditions, and many factors outside our control. We make no guarantees of any specific business or financial outcome.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEURALMINDMASTERY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NeuralMindMastery and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Service, (b) your User Content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party right.

16. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Informal resolution: before filing any formal claim, please email us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it. Most issues can be solved this way within 60 days.

Arbitration (US only, optional): at either party's election, any dispute may be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out." No class actions.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
