How to get accurate inputs (without perfect tracking)

If you don’t know your attempts per keeper, do a quick sample from real work. Pick 10 recent deliverables. Count how many generated images were produced for those deliverables (including rejected variations and “almost right” versions). Divide by 10. Use that as a starting point.
